Do you have a minimum order for delivery?

We have a $300+GST minimum order for delivery in the Brisbane area.

$400+GST minimum order for Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast and $500+GST minimum order for Toowoomba and Northern NSW areas. There is $50+GST minimim order for DIY pick up and return from our Eatons Hill Showroom (30mins north of Brisbane City).

How much is delivery?

Delivery is calculated on how many staff are required and which vehicle is required to deliver your order, for example, a car versus a 1.5T van or moving truck/s. We personally deliver all of our items and do not use local courier services as too many damages have occurred to our stock.

For smaller items that fit into a ute, delivery from Eatons Hill down to the Brisbane CBD will cost around $45+GST.  For areas closer to Eatons Hill the cost will be less.

Where and what time can we DIY pick up and return to your showroom?

Pick up is from our Eatons Hill location (exact address provided upon booking). Pick up hours are: Monday to Friday between 9 am and 2 pm unless otherwise arranged. In some cases, we may not be available due to other events in which we will agree on another return date and time. Or, if you are unable to return during those hours we are happy to accommodate after-hours pickup or return.

Can we pick up Bridal Bouquets?

Yes, we will have them wrapped properly in water vessels and boxes. Please have the entire backseat available to place the flowers.

If we are styling your wedding, we deliver your bouquets complimentary to wherever you are getting ready the morning of the wedding as part of our service to you.
