If you have no idea where to start, don’t worry, we can help you create a colour palette and a design that speaks to you and “looks” like you as a couple. Or, if you have a Pinterest board spilling over with ideas, fantastic, we have a passionate team and wonderful industry connections to bring those ideas to life!

Our wedding and event styling encompasses a wide range of elements, from beautiful bouquets to stunning ceremony and reception florals, decor, candles, furniture, backdrops and all the pretty things in between. We help bring it all together so that it looks consistent and intentional, resulting in a true reflection of your style that you and your guests will absolutely love.

Located in north Brisbane, we are delighted to extend our services to the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Toowoomba, and neighbouring regions.

Include your preferred date, venue, guest count and wedding party information. If you have any inspiring images, feel free to attach them; a link to a Pinterest board is perfect, as design ideas and colour schemes can be drawn from diverse inspiration.

Once you have approved your quote let us know as soon as possible. We will the email our booking invoice for the required 30% non-refundable deposit or 40% if custom builds or sub-hired furniture or staging are required. This secures your hire items and our team for the days leading up to your wedding day and the following day.

Step two

Amanda will contact you to confirm availability and may request additional details for a realistic estimate. If you agree with the estimate, she will begin working on a detailed proposal, which includes a mood board and a cost breakdown with options. Please allow 1-2 weeks for this process.

Step five

We can have a site visit together, showroom appointment or call to go over the last final details such as delivery addresses for your bouquets and final guest count. 4-weeks prior to you wedding date your final invoice will be due and we place your floral order with the growers/markets.

Check your inbox for your beautiful proposal, discuss the options with your partner and let us know any changes, additions or deletions so Amanda can update can update the estimate. We're happy to communicate however it suits you, via phone, email, in person or zoom.

Step Six

Your big day is here! Its time for you to pop the champagne, relax and enjoy the day wit your loved ones. Amanda and her team will deliver your bouquets in the morning and then be on-site to take care of all the heavy lifting and gorgeous design details for your dream wedding.

  • We can relocate your ceremony flowers to your reception
  • And setup of your reception including:
  • Tables
    Linens, cutlery, chargers, table numbers, centrepieces, favours, name cards & menu cards.
  • Decor
    Backdrops, lighting, bar & lounge furniture, trees, botanical and floral installations, props and signage.
  • Cake & Guest
    Cake table, guest book and wishing well tables, cake florals.
  • Pack down, return any sub-hired goods and cleaning

  • Luxury wedding styling services including all the items in the wedding estimate, but also:
  • Your choice of more high-end furniture, decor selections and table settings
  • Luxury bespoke floral installations and floral arangements
  • Cost is dependant on requested designs, the number of florists and days of preparation required.
