If you have no idea where to start, don’t worry, we can help you create a colour palette and a design that speaks to you and “looks” like you as a couple. Or, if you have a Pinterest board spilling over with ideas, fantastic, we have a passionate team and wonderful industry connections to bring those ideas to life!
Our wedding and event styling encompasses a wide range of elements, from beautiful bouquets to stunning ceremony and reception florals, decor, candles, furniture, backdrops and all the pretty things in between. We help bring it all together so that it looks consistent and intentional, resulting in a true reflection of your style that you and your guests will absolutely love.
Located in north Brisbane, we are delighted to extend our services to the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Toowoomba, and neighbouring regions.

What’s included when hiring us to
style your wedding or event:
- 2 hr consultation in-person in our showroom, via Zoom and/or at the venue or property
- Detailed itemised quote based on your vision
- Unlimited phone and email correspondence
- Custom mood board and styling proposal which includes colour themes, decor + furniture + prop suggestions, and floral design suggestions.
- Sourcing and liaising with other vendors for specialty hire items such as props, furniture, lighting installations, and balloon artists.
- Custom graphic design and print management services for stationery and signage
- Floor plan and on-site visit if required
- We liaise with your venue coordinator or wedding planner
- Packing, loading, securing loads, and unloading of the truck x 4 or x 6 depending on 2 locations. This alone can take anywhere from 6 – 10hours with 2 team members.
- Team of experienced stylists to set up your event.
- We spend the week of the wedding prepping and packing all candles, decor, tableware and pickup any print work or sub-hire items. We then personally pick up your wedding florals order from the markets, replace or add bunches if needed or travel to other markets to find substitutes. 2-3 days of processing and designing your florals.
- We return either late at night or early morning to pack down and return to Adorn HQ to unload. The following day we return any sub hired items.
- We clean linens, hand wash charger plates, clean vases plus remove wax off candle holders. Pack everything back up and return everything to storage.

Cake table, guest book and wishing well tables, cake florals. -
Pack down, return any sub-hired goods and cleaning

Luxury weddings
ceremony, reception, florals & bouquets-
Luxury wedding styling services including all the items in the wedding estimate, but also:

Your choice of more high-end furniture, decor selections and table settings

Luxury bespoke floral installations and floral arangements

Cost is dependant on requested designs, the number of florists and days of preparation required.
